Your kit is rented for your wedding weekend only, from the delivery window before your event until the return date shown in your confirmation. The Package includes a vintage Panasonic SDR-S26 camcorder, a backup camera, an extra battery, a prepaid return label and instructions, plus 2 vertical social edits.

The kit is for personal use at your event. Please do not lend, sell, or sublet it.

Booking is confirmed once you have paid and your wedding date is checked against kit availability. We reserve kits for the days around your wedding, so each date can only be held for a limited number of couples.

A refundable $200 security deposit is collected at checkout. It is refunded once the kit comes back and has been checked.

You are responsible for the kit while it is with you. If equipment is lost, damaged beyond normal wear, or returned late, we may keep part or all of the deposit to cover repair, replacement or late fees. Please contact us right away if anything goes wrong.

Need to move your date or cancel? Email us as early as you can and we will do our best to help, subject to availability. Refund eligibility depends on how close the change is to your original date.

Footage you shoot belongs to you. If we edit your social videos or wedding video add-on, we deliver the finished files to you. We may share short clips on our own channels only with your permission.

We collect only what we need to run your rental: your name, email, shipping address, wedding date and payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We use this to deliver and return your kit, send updates, and answer questions.

We never sell your information. We share it only with services that help us operate, such as payment, shipping and email providers. To see, correct or delete your information, email us.
