Getting it to you
Your Take Two bag ships ahead of your wedding so it arrives in time for the rental window, which starts two days before your wedding (a Thursday for a Saturday wedding).
Inside you will find the camcorder, a backup camera, an extra battery, simple instructions and your prepaid return label.
Sending it back
Your rental ends the day after your wedding. Pack everything back in the bag, attach the prepaid label that came in the box, and drop it off with the carrier.
Please send it back by the day after your wedding so the next couple can have it.
Security deposit
A $200 refundable security deposit is added at checkout. It is refunded once your kit comes back and we have checked that everything is there and working.
Late, lost or damaged
We know weddings are busy. If something goes wrong, tell us right away and we will work it out with you. Late returns, missing pieces and damage may be taken from your deposit.
Changing your date
If your date moves, get in touch as early as you can. We will move you to the new weekend if we have a kit free.
